Error creating digital document card

This error may occur for one of the following reasons:

  • The structure of the PDF file with the original electronic document does not fully comply with the PDF standard (in other words, the PDF file you signed was generated incorrectly). We recommend not using online PDF conversion services, as such problems often arise with them. The recommended way to create a PDF is to export to PDF directly from the program in which the document was created, that is, for example, if the document was created in Word, it is best to use the Word program's export to PDF function. Unfortunately, it will no longer be possible to create a card for this PDF file, you need to re-create the PDF and sign it.
  • There was a problem in our digital document card generation subsystem, you can try to generate the card again, but if the error repeats, then there is no point in trying anymore - the problem is something else.

Generating Digital Document Card for {{ description }}

({{ title }})

Digital Document Card is a new convenient approach to working with electronic documents signed with digital signatures. Each card, in addition to the visually displayed part, contains the original electronic document and signatures, that is, contains all the necessary data to verify digital signatures and document integrity. Details in our news Introducing Digital Document Cards.
