External Services Availability Statistics

Just like all other services working with electronic documents and digital signatures, SIGEX needs to check the status of digital certificates (registration certificates) and obtain timestamps. This information is provided by specialized services of certification authorities. In case SIGEX cannot connect to one of the services at some point in time, it cannot perform signature verification and ensure legal significance of the signed electronic document. Therefore, the availability of CA services is critically important for all information systems participating in electronic document circulation.

On this page we publish real-time statistics on the availability of those services that are necessary for normal functioning of SIGEX.
